The graph illustrates the utility of fish and several types of meat in a section of Europe for the period of 25 years from 1974.
Overall, the graph focuses on 4 kinds of meat: fish in a double line, lamb in a long-broken line, chicken in a short-broken line and beef in a line. Initially, beef had the greatest consumption which is nearly grams per consumer per seven days. On the contrary, fish takes the lowest in its base.
In particular, the trend of beef lamb is almost similar, the utilization of beef had fallen dramatically, from about 125 grams per person weekly to above 75 grams, which is slightly different from the consumption of lamb ( 25 grams higher ) just due to its foundation.
Regarding the remaining parts, in spite of taking the third position in the beginning, the utility of chicken ultimately led the graph, which had surprisingly made a long-range jump. However, fish had stayed in the last position until 2004, even fell a little its term ( started at over 50 grams and ended at nearly 50 grams)
