The line graph gives data on fish and meat consumption in a country belongs to Europe in 25 years from 1979 to 2004.

Overall, the consumption of fish had a negligible change between 1979 and 2004 whereas the rate of meat consumption fluctuated year by year.

From the line graph, beef was the most favorable meat in 1979. Each person used more than 200 grams beef per week. While chicken is the least preferred with consumption under 150 grams per week. In 25 years from 1979, there was a rapid fluctuation in consumption of three kinds of meat. The grams of chicken, beef and lamp each person used every week moved up and down. Until 2004, chicken became the most preferred meat in stead of beef. The amount of beef fell down to 125 grams. Lamb was the least favorable meat in stead of the second position in 1979.

Unlike meat, there was a negligible change in the consumption of fish. People ate fish much in 1979 with approx 70 grams per week. The smallest rate of fish consumption was in 1999, after that time this rate increased slightly before coming to nearly 40 grams again in 2004.
