The next two months experienced a dramatic decrease by over 300 in the number of emails and letters for requirement. The figure then stayed statistic to the end of the period.
There was a fluctuation around 200 in the number of telephone enquiries from January to March while the figure for in-person method considerably rose from 400 to 800. In the next four months, the figure for two approaches kept increasing significantly, by 600 for telephone and 1110 for in person, making in person from the least become the most popular method to making enquiries.
