The graph below shows the percentage of part time workers in each country of the United Kingdom in 1980 and 2010 Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The given bar chart illustrates the proportion of part-time employees in 4 distinct nations of the UK between 1980 and 2010.
Overall, it can be highlighted that while the percentage of part-time workers in Northern Ireland had an downward trend over the period of 3 decades, the opposite was true for the three remaining countries, including England, Scotland, and Wales. Additionally, Wales was the leading country in terms of the proportion of flexible labor in the examined years.
In 1980, approximately 30% of the labor workforce in Wales was employees with part-time timetable, which was much higher than that of other countries, at 25% for England and 12% for Scotland. Over a 30-year period, the year 2010 witnessed relatively increases in the figure of non-official workers in both three nations mentioned above. To be more specific, Wales continued to dominate the first position with 35%, England ranked at the second with 30% and the percentage of part-time Scotland employees was lowest, only accounted for a half of the Wales's figure.
In contrast, the reverses tendency was seen in Northern Ireland's labor workforce. While there was over 15% of the population worked part-time in 1980, this figure experienced a modest decline to 14% at the end of the period. Moreover, the recorded proportion of part-time workers in Ireland bottomed the rank among 4 surveyed countries in both years.
