Given line graph illustrates the population growth of India and China from 2000, along with the proposed growth untill 2050. At first a glance it is clear that Indian population growth appeared to be more lenier compared to the counterparts.
In 2000 the indian population was 1000 billion whereas China stood at 1250 billion. The following years indian numbers jumped twice as much as the China's growth, as evidenced by 2010 population. In 2010 indian people were 1200 billion while that of China was 1350 billion, shows the gap reduced dramatically. In 2020, proposed indian community will be 1330 billion reaching further closer to China, as they can reach around 1420 approximately by this time.
However, the indian public could catch up Chinese by 2030 as suggested by the given figure and further grow thereafter. By 2030 the Chinese public will attain a platue, besides can exhibit a negative trend thereafter; on the otherhand, India can grow beyond China by 2040. Population figure of India will cross China around 100 billion in 2040 and make a huge gap by 2050, expected around 200 billion, more than China.
Overall, Indian population showed a steady growth and proposed to hold the same value, incontrast the Chinese can control the growth by 2030 considerably.
