The given graph illustrates the information about male and female academic staff members of a major university in the year 2012. We can observe that males occupy majority space in the graph in main departments like Business, Engineering, law and last but not least science.

Mainly females shows lead in the departments like Arts, Education and Medicine. Firstly Education unit shows a profound lead with 75% and above amount of females, dramatically males are with 22-23%. Secondly in arts section there is a percentage drop comparatively with education sector but, females are in lead with 55% and males are competitive with 41%. Thirdly, in medicine unite females are with 50% unexpectedly, male gave a tough computation with 49% respectively.

Male dominated department like Business, Engineering, low and science. The highest percentage of graph is 82% was occupied by males in the segment of engineering department and females are with 18%. Business department was followed by engineering with the male domination of 63%. At last two ranks of male dominated sectors are science and law.
