Taking a quick glance, it is quite evident that the highest proportion are marked in industrialized countries but developed countries are lowest in 1980 and 1990.
To begin with, the developed countries attended the school average of 2.5year in 1980 but in 1990 it rose by 0.5. However, industrialized countries stood at 9 in 1980 but next decades attendance of school average reached at 11years. Moving further, the number of scientists and technicians in developed countries stood at 10 and 40 respectively but in 1990 it increased by 8 and 15per 1000 people.
Moving to accompanying bar chart, developed countries people had spend less money on research and development but the majority of participation spend their money on research and development.
