It is clear that while the percentage of tourist went to Zoo and Aquarium grew up, the opposite was true for Festival and Aquarium fell over the period shown. It is also notable that Castle was the most attractive place for tourist in Scotland.
In 1980, the proportion of visitor who chose Castle and Zoo had nearly 25% and 10% visitor respectively. Over a period of 20 years, Castle attracted about 35% of the visitor in Scotland and decreased significantly after steep increasing and peak at 45% of the visitor in 1995. After 2000, the figure for Castle was a minimal fall to roughly 35% but it was still the most should-to-go place of tourist in Scotland. Meanwhile, the percentage of tourist in Zoo fluctuated around 10 to 15% during the first 20 years, then the data of Zoo grew up considerably and reached 20% in 2010.
On the other hand, Festival was the most popular tourist attraction in Scotland with 30% of Scotland visitor compared with 20% of Aquarium in 1980. Since then, the data for Festival experienced a gradual decline throughout the period and ending at about 20% at the end of the period. Although the figure of Aquarium was a rapid rise in 35% in 1985, the visitor of Scotland drop dramatically and low at nearly 10% in the last year.
