It is noticeable that the number of dolphins yearly decreased significantly but the opposite was true for bears. And we can also see the figures for whales fluctuated.

In 2017, close 150 were dolphins compares around 76 of whales and just 10 of bears. Over the following 4 years, the number of dolphins each year had plunged by roundly 130, while the figure for bears rose sharply, reaching a peak of 150 in 2001. In the same period, the wildlife population of whales fluctuated between 50 and 100.

In the final year shown on the graph, 2022, the number of bears is expected to reach almost 175. By contrast, the population of dolphins is predicted to slightly drop, to under just 3 and whales is also fall, with only 75.
