A glance at the bar graph provided reveals the measurements of threats to reefs with different reasons. And it also give information about destroyed destroyed coral reefs in The Pacific ocean, The Caribbean and Antlantic ocean, The Middle East, The Indian ocean and The southeast and East Asia.
First of all, Overexploitation give medium threat about 20 to 40 percent, while, high threat is around 20 percent. least affection on reefs by coastal development and it was nearly 5 percent as well as high threat increas upto 30 percent. Inland pollution had majority of high threat which above 10 percent, while Marin based pollution had 10 percent medium threat.
Secondly, it is shown from the graph that there are some coral reefs were destroyed. In the Pacific ocean, 7 percent of trees and crops were destroyed. Caribbean and Antlantic ocean destroyed 22 percent coral reefs, while, 35 percent reefs destroyed in the Middle east.The highest proportion of destroyed reefs was in Indian ocean. 34 percent of destroyed coral reefs were in Southeast and East asia.
Overall, it can be seen from the graph that the overexploitation has majority to threatend to reefs and the Indian ocean destroyed highest coral reefs.
