The maps below show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now and plans for its development Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

These two maps below one shows the center of Islip town currently and one shows the plan for its development in the future. In general, there are some special changes that need to be mentioned.
The first change and easiest to see is the road. Currently Islip is using normal road and in the plan for the development, these roads will be replaced by a dual carriageway. That will allow people travel more convenient. The next change is the shops. All of the shops in the North, near the countryside, will be replaced by a bus station, a shopping center, a car park and an area for new housing. The road before those shops, which is the main road now will be changed into the place for pedestrians only. The final change is the housing. The first old housing will be moved to the West, the other will be moved right after the dual carriageway. One area for new housing will be built opposite the park, next to the old housing.
In conclusion, those changes in the future seem to be more convenience for the residents in Islip town.
