The maps below show an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and planned
future development of the site.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and
make comparisons where relevant.

The maps depict the considerable transformation to Norbiton which currently is an industrial area.

Overall, there are many new buildings erected and some factories have been converted to housing for the people.

First and Foremost, currently, a river flows freely towards the northern part of area, which remains undisturbed in the future plan as well, although a flyover is built across the river that leads to a housing area towards the north that oversees the water. As of now this space is occupied by a farmland. Additionally, the south of the flyover connects to the central block thus eliminating a factory on its way. The north-western part holds space for a factory, which is going to be replaced by a pathway starting from central block to several houses.

The east part of the region is modernised to build a playground and school. The pathway is untouched and leads to school, where there a factory now. Towards the left of north of the pathway is the playground that is led by a small connecting road and the factories are transformed to houses. Likewise, the south of the town is replenished with shops and medical centre on either side of the road connects to a small roundabout which is presently missing. The path on the south remains the same except for a round block.
