In most successful organization, some people believe that communication between managers and workers is important, while many people said that other factors are more important. What is your opinion.
It is undoubtedly that conducting a business effectively requires many factors. In my perspective, I totally believe that interactions between employees and employers outweigh the others for a number of reasons.
The first one is that regular communication can help managers in giving suitable policies to improve the work quality. Through consulting the staff, bosses can realize the potential abilities of their workers and give them suitable tasks. Moreover, it also creates a better working environment, which encourages employees to improve their work performance.
In addition, the second and more important point in a favor of face-to-face communication is that it can increase the loyalty of workers. In particular, people tend to choose a comfortable workplace rather than a dreadful and rigid environment. Communications with manager also give them opportunity to express their ideas and opinions, which is an enormous motivation to carry out all the tasks perfectly.
By the way of conclusion, I once again restate my viewpoint that interactions are extremely vital in order to gain successes in business.
