To start with, there are a number of reasons which are encouraging people to do their own startup rather than working in a company. First and foremost is they are the boss of their own, and this has been providing them with the sense of comfort in making their own timetable to carry a task. Secondly, working for self has several other benefits while working in an organization can be a hurdle to become rich because employers have set parameter for salary, whereas a businessman can earn more than the expectation on his favourable day, for example, during the festival time, goldsmiths earn unimaginable money which is not possible for any employee who works for a company.
On the other hand, although self-employment has various positives, it is sometimes turned into a complex problem for many businessmen such as financial loss in any project. Despite a plethora of money, they will have to listen to their clients when they are not satisfied with the service or products. Moreover, an entrepreneur always needs to be immensely flexible, suppose someone is catching a flight at 1 am at night so that he /she can attend the business meeting. If someone has no financial backup to support the business in critical time then that person may go bankrupt, to exemplify, in 2018 Ahmedabad a fire had burnt several garment showrooms but after one year only few garment store opened because the rest of the other business person had no money to restart their clothing store.
