The purpose of this letter is to apprise you about the problems in broadband services in North Nazimabad Town. However, my name is Aamir. I am one of the users of your internet services. Furthermore, I am a student of engineering. I use the internet for making assignments and study purposes. Therefore, I would like to describe the problems incurring while using the internet.
Firstly, the connectivity problem. More often internet disconnects cause breaks in downloads, uploads or browsing. Seldom, it becomes difficult to finish the assignment, research or tasks on time. Secondly, Besides the connectivity problem, internet speed progresses slowly comparatively to the subscribed package of 2 MBPS. Finally, the video hangs while watching online video lectures. Therefore, I request you to take these issues into your consideration and make possible solutions to these problems.
All these problems incurred after reinstallation of cables in our town. Some of my fellow using the same service as I do accusation the same issues and notice repercussion of these problems after the upgrade.
I hope you take this matter as urgent and resolve issues at your earliest.
