Percentage of water used for different purposes in six areas of the world
The pie charts illustrates the amount of water used for various objectives in six major regions around the world. The given pie charts have been divided into three portions depicting the usage of water by the industrial, domestic and agricultural sectors.
It is clearly evident that the Asians use more water for cultivation which is over 80 percent. Especially the central Asian community utilises as low as only 5 percent of the water for Industrial usage. Similar to Asian region, the African use major amount of water for agricultural purposes.
Secondly, we could see a different trend the way water been utilised among the North american & Europeans. A major portion of the water have been consumed towards Industrial use. Also when compared between North & south Americans, we could seethe south Americans are majorly into farming as 71% of water getting used towards agriculture use.
Finally, to sum up the given sets of pie charts shows all the regions use water as their major source for irrigation with some exceptions to like those in North Americas U Europe where a major percent of water is diverted towards industrial use.
