As can be seen from the pictures that there are three main stages in the process of glass recycling. It begins with the collecting off wasted glass bottles and ends at the delivering to supermarket for sale.
At the first stag, glass bottles that are useless are brought to collection point, before transportation to glass factory. After cleaning wasted glass bottles by high pressure water, the process continues with classifying the kinds off glass according to brown, green and clear types. Subsequently, glass bottles are crushed in glass factory and become glass pieces, following by burning in furnace at 600 to 800 degree to be melted. Recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass are mixed and shaped in glass mould, and the glass bottles are produced.
At the final step, new bottles are delivered to supermarket and ready for sale.
