The two pie charts compare the outcome of a survey of the type of cultural activities and pastime that boys and girls engage in.
Overall, it is noticeable that boys who prefer playing computer games and outdoor sports whilst girls who tend to take part in the activities like dancing, reading, netball, gymnastics. Also, charts show that listening to music liked both sexes.
Look at the similarities, for both boys and girls, listening to music is the pastime interested in with the same percentage is 10%.
Boys have trend to play computer games and the sport activities outdoors. In details, about a third of school boys are keen on the former while 26% who like basketball, which is followed by soccer with 17%. Skateboarding is less preferable activities, chosen by 11% of boys. Reading is the least popular cultural activity among boys, represent only two percent. In contrast, reading is chosen by 21% of all girls, 10 times as many as that in the boy. On the other hand, girl’s most popular activity is dancing taking 27% of total and playing computer games, netball, gymnastics account for 16%; 15%; 11% of girls respectively.
