Britain citizens who visited the library to borrow or return a book comprised 65% of total visitors in 1991 which reduced to 55% by 2000. Conversely, compared to 1991 visitors who obtain information from the library doubled to 2000 by 20%.
Regarding the library used for the study, newspaper, and magazine reading also declined from 1991 to 2000 with 2% and 5% respectively. Furthermore, in 2001 there are 18% of people visited the Britain library to borrow or return videos which was not been in 1991.
