The given plans illustrate the present condition and future developments of a university’s sports center.
Overall, the sports center will undergo significant changes. The central part of the place however will remain unchanged and most alteration will occur to the east and west sides.
Looking at the plans in more detail it can be observed that the swimming pool, as well as the changing room on its west side and the seating room on its east side, will remain unchanged. Whereas, the gym in the north will expand and grow in size.
Furthermore, the two outdoor courts planned to be removed to make a way for a sports hall and two dancing studios on the east and a Leisure pool on the west. Moreover, an sports shop and a cafe will be constructed near the reception area in the south accompanied by two additional changing rooms.
