Overall, the university is planned to redevelop become much bigger with new sports facilities from outdoor courts, and it is also predicted to expand business sectors and public facilities.

A northeast development is a forecast to expand the gymnastic, and replace the outdoors courts, a new sport hall will predicted to build, while a free space in the east of the area will change to become two dance studios. However, the converse area will turn into a big leisure poll, having replaced the other outdoor courts.

The business sector and public facilities are the other changes in the area, but the most noticeable change in this developed is envisaged to be more changing rooms located in southeast and southwest, while in other sector is predicted in the southeast a new café will build, next to the changing room. For those who want to buy goods, a sports shop that plans to build opposite the leisure poll in the southwest will help people a lot.
