The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The map illustrates how the room for two students and one student look like at an Australian university.

Overall, although both rooms have same some facilities such as bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, the decoration between two rooms have a little bit difference about some furnitures.

A glance to the plans provided reveals that both rooms have same length with 6 meters, but the width of the room for two people is slightly higher than that of other room, a different of 1.5 meters. From that, the room for two people is more spacious than the room where lived by a student. As a result this room have two beds, two study desks, bookshelf, cupboard, table and chairs, while other room has only one bed, one study desk and no cupboard, bookshelf, table and chairs.

However, having a television is a strong point for the rooms who lived by one person at a university, although bathroom in the rooms for two people is located in the top left of the room which was same with other room, More importantly, the price for the room where lived by two person is also more expensive than that of room for one people.
