University. It is cogent from these diagrams that
the rent is higher for 1 sharing room.
Overall, 2 sharing student room has some more extra
features as compared to single sharing. For example
bookself, table and chairs and cupboard are not
available in student room for one person. In addition,
the weidth of the sigle person room is almost halve
from the double sharing room(2.5 meters and 4 meters respectively).
First of all, single sharing room is 6 meters long and it has
single bade just beside the windows. Moreover,
a single study desk is followed by the bed.
Bathroom is situated at the extreme west side of the
bed and it has some kittchen stuffs, which are
microwave, stove and sink, just opposite just opposite of the
bathroom. Although, the cost of this room is $200 per week.
In contrast, the cost of the double sharing room is
$350 per week. It consists of two study desks, two beds
and a table with two chairs. Furthermore, study desks and two beds are seperated
by one long cupboard. But the TV is placed just beside of the
study desk 2. Although, this room has only 1 bathroom for 2 people.
Thus, it is clear that the rent is very cheap as compared to single
sharing for a single person.
