The process that is used to manufacture the bricks for a building industry.
Overall, there are 7 processes to produce a fine brick. Excavation of clay from the earth is done, surfacing of clay performed. Bricks pass through heating and cooling systems before packaged and transported.
The foremost stage is excavation of clay from the ground by an excavator. The clay is placed into a metal grid for separation of different particles, as they it is moved by a roller and mixed with sand and water. It is of note, there are 2 processes which can either be done, whereby, a wire cutter is used to shape wet bricks or a moulding tray can be used for required shape and size.
Furthermore, the wet bricks are put in the dry oven for 24-48 hours. They are moved to a first kiln with a moderate temperature of 200 degrees-980degrees celsius to harden the brick. It is transferred to a second kiln for further hardening with higher temperature of 870-1300 degrees celsius. moreover, when the desired strength and outlook is achieved, they are placed in a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. When the desired coolness is accomplished, it is packaged and ferried to the recipients by the truck for delivery.
