These line graphs illustrates the variation in the percentage of audience of two modes of transmission such as television and radio throughout a day for four months in 1992.

Overall, the trend of watching television in uk, was significantly higher than radio listeners in 1992 from october to december. However, the number of radio and television audience was equivalent to each other at 1 p.m. and 3 a.m. Although the highest gap between spectators of radio and television were at 8 p.m. Furthermore, the highest percentage of radio and television spectators was 25% and 48%.

In regard of a daytime in uk in 1992, radio listeners quickly accelerated by 28% and then starts to lessen before a noon gradually, In contrast, the percentage of television audience was relatively less by 2% and slowly rose by 7% at 8 a.m. and quickly reduced at a noon. While the number of audience of radio continue to decline during a noon to a midnight by small improvement of audience in october to december in 1992. On the other hand, the television spectator's percentage accelerated except a small reduction during a noon to 8 p.m. After 8 p.m. the number of audience of both radio and television starts to decrease at a midnight in 1992, both of their audience is at 0%.
