Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

While some may think that, accepting an unfortunate event such as poverty, lack of job satisfaction is a good approach to handling life issues, others believe that it is better to make attempts at changing the situation. In my opinion, I believe that trying to improve bad circumstances would benefit people in life.

On the one hand, many people have adapted to their present status even though they never planned to be where they currently find themselves. This can be as a result of failure or lack of opportunities. For example, due to limited job opportunities for graduates, the few who are fortunate to get jobs that are not as promising as expected will continue on the job as long as it is paying their bills. this can consequently lead to frustration and unfulfillment hence living a stressful and unhappy life.

On the other hand, I strongly believe that making improvements no matter how small can significantly add positively to one's wellbeing. for instance, two years ago I had to quit my job in pursuit of higher education so as to improve my knowledge and skill in my career in order to get a higher paying job. Thankfully, I am currently employed in a bigger firm and with a higher salary which has significantly improved my life both financially and mentally.

In conclusion, accepting the unfavoured situation can negatively impact one"s life, I believe that going an extra mile to change event is beneficial to one's life.
