Dear Albert,
This is Saman, one of your tenant in your apartment residing at Richmond Town. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction on the broken wardrobe in master bedroom.
The door is loosely coupled with wardrobe, as there is a missing screw that connects the wardrobe and the door. Due to this reason, we are experiencing strange and annoying noise while opening and closing the door and moreover as the door is not clinched to the wall, we are unable to close the door completely. This eventually is disturbing my new born twins by waking them and making them to cry due to lack of complete satisfactory sleep.
Hence, I recommend you to fix this issue as soon as possible with carpenter's help so that my kids and my spouse can experience a peaceful, noise-free ambience of the room and take a complete satisfactory nap whenever necessary.
