Some people think that in the modern world getting old is entirely bad Others however think that life of elderly in the modern world is much better than it was in the past Discuss both views and give your opinion

There is an argument that growing old in the modern world is difficult and scary. Conversely some believe that aging in the modern world is better. However, I am compelled to side with the latter. Growing in old in the modern world has more pros than cons. This is due to the advances in technology that people of advanced age may benefit from. A number of medical developments catering to the retired allow them to freely enjoy the remaining years of their life in comfort. Access to public utilities are also modernized which the elderly can take advantage of. Moreover, medical research aiming to prolong the life of our senior citizens abound. Gadgets are also available to help these individuals live serenely amidst general concerns persons of their stature may inevitably experience. Research has shown that growing old is difficult in itself and as such, having state of the art amenities enhance what is left of the older population's existence, make living still worthwhile.
