in the next 10 years, Inner London saw the sharpest change in the percentage of people commuting to work, with a growth to 106 thousand, increased by 144% above 2001. Brighton and Hove had the second highest rise with an increase by 109%. Outer London still occupy the second position in term of the number of people cycling to work, despite of its least percentage change in 2011, at 45%.
