Overall,while there was a significant increase in french language teachers, the figure for english teachers witness a dramatic fall at the same time.
In 2001, there was a similar pattern in the percentages of french and english teachers ( at around 72 %). Two years later, french teacher experienced a significant soar to nearly 70%, in contrast, the figure for teachers who taught english fell by 30%.
