The line graph illustrates the number of enquiries through three methods received by the Tourism Information Office from January to June 2011 in a particular city.

Overall, it is evident that June 2011 had the highest number of enquiries over the span of 6 months. The number of people who went directly to the Tourism Information Office and those who called by telephone had a significant increased in the 6 month period. In contrast, those who sent written or electronic mails gradually decreased to about half in June 2011.

The number of people who visited the center asking information about tourism dramatically increased more than quadruple from over 400 to around 1900 enquiries, reaching its peak in June 2011. In addition, there was a significant incline in the the number of received telephone calls which doubled to 1600.

On the other hand, enquiries though letters and email decreased steadily over the first three months then dropped to around 50% on May, and finally reached a plateau on the sixth month.
