The maps elucidate the alterations in the area between 1995 and the present. At first glance, it is evident that the most noticeable changes occurred for the size of green areas in the city.
To begin with the north part of the area, there were new additional housings and a new road, which have been developed in the place of housing in 1995, and new holiday homes, new golf course and new tennis course, which had replaced the presence of public park and farmland respectively in 1995. Furthermore, the existence of sport facilities and hotels had been changed by restaurants and bigger hotels respectively where there was a new car park which was built to the east of the hotels.
In accordance with the south of the town, there were new yatch, which was constructed in the east side of the sea, and new apartments, which were made in the place of fish market in 1995. According the other changes, coffee was relocated to the next of a new road in the opposite of hotels where the existence of fish boat had been erased in present time.
