The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Sodium (breakfast-14%, lunch-29%, dinner 43%, snack-14%)
Saturated fat (breakfast-16%, lunch-26%, dinner-37%, snack-21%)
Added sugar (breakfast-16% lunch-19%, dinner-23%, snacks-42%)

The given charts show some of the common nutrients consumed by American people All Around The USA, which can be detrimental to health if taken too much of.
When it comes to sodium, most of it is consumed at the dinner time, which is 43%. This percentage is followed by 29%, 14% and again 14% taken in lunch, breakfast and snack respectively.
The "Saturated fat" chart gives an overview similar to the "Sodium" one, but showing it to be taken more through snacks. Other meal percentages are pretty close to though.
The "Added Sugar" chart surprisingly has the most consumption rate through the snacks, whereas the Other nutrients had that rate closer to the rate of them taken in breakfasts. Despite being one of the major nutrients to get energy from for everyday work, it has a smaller rate that's taken in the major meal hours like breakfast and lunch.
Overall, most of these not-so-healthy nutrients are being taken in the meals that are supposed the be kept lighter and less rich.
