I am Shravan, I have rented your Hillview apartment last week, 8th April 2020.

I am writing to express the dissatisfaction with the state of furniture provided in your apartment. The condition of the dining table and living room sofa are extremely bad. There is dust everywhere in the sofa and dining table has uneven legs. If you remember, I have pointed out these observations during the first meeting at your home. My family and I really feel unsafe using the furniture’s especially when they are inconvenient.

Therefore, I was wondering, if you can replace a brand-new sofa and dining table as we agreed earlier in our rental agreement. This option will solve the problem and provide us a pleasant stay at your home. Request you to consider my proposal and arrange the replacement at the earliest.
