Dear Mike,
I have just returned to home after spending 3 nights of stay at your hotel in Rain Tree. The hospitality was impeccable and the staffs were very friendly. However, I feel I must express the dissatisfaction about the room.
As you know, the weather in Canada is extremely cold during the winter season. At night, the temperature easily drops below -5 degrees. It’s impossible for anyone to manage without a heater.
I arrived the hotel around 12am in the morning. It was a long flight from India, so I wanted to rest for some time. When I switch on the heater, it started making a weird noise and stopped working. I called up the reception and they promised me to send the technical in one hour but no help arrived. I had to manage entire night with the blanket and locked doors all time. It created a lot of distress and lack of sleep.
I booked your hotel after reading good reviews in Trip Advisor but in reality, the experience was not pleasant. So, I think it would be good idea if you insist your room service team to inspect the quality of the heaters, air conditioners thoroughly before the guest checked into the room and would certainly make the rooms more comfortable. Perhaps you would consider giving me a discount if I come into your hotel again.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Shravan
