My name is John Wick and I have a savings account in your SBI bank. I am writing about the dissatisfaction of the service from your bank.
It has been two weeks that I have requested to issue the new cheque book. I need a cheque book for around 21st oct so I raised it in the 1st of Oct beforehand. However, I haven’t received neither a booklet nor any notification for the same.
I still have one week to manage finance, but I severely disappointed with the process I would have missed my due payments which might affect my credit score.
Anyways, this needs to be complained as the other bank is merely close and quick services provided by the other bank. Also, the ROI is 2% higher compared to this bank which is waste of time. I will change my bank accounts to the other banks.
It could be much better in terms of services but for now I must raise a complaint for this case.
