The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.

The pie chart compares the answers to a questionnaire from tourists of the Parkway Hotel for ratings of the hotel's customer service. Both questionnaires were conducted with 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
Overall, guests' feedback was satisfactory, poor and very poor about the hotel’s services and showed a decline in 2010. In contrast, excellent and good customer comments in 2005 showed an increasing trend in 2010.
In 2005, visitors gave one-quarter and 21%, 15% was recorded for answering the question conducted by Parkway Hotel. Nevertheless, in 2010, these ratings by visitors showed a considerable decrease to 17% and 12%, 4%.
Furthermore, the smallest percentage in 2005 was the Excellence of the services, only 5% while gaining just under a third in the final year. Also, 14% of customers commented positively in 2005. Surprisingly, this figure reached a peak of around a quarter in the final year.
