Dear Mr Smith,
My name is Leonard and I am your student 'Computer for beginners' evening course. However, I am writing this letter to address a situation that might need your attention and assent.
As you must be aware of, I am full time Legal professional in a finance company and my current working schedule forcing me to take temporary halt of your sessions. At present, because of year end targets, my organisation is asking me to take few more responsibilities which might need to extend my working hours till this quarter end. I deeply regret for this situation and it's tough decision to make as your classes are also equally important for my career.
Nevertheless, accepting additional duties means , I need to concentrate more on my core area which can only be possible by taking this break. As this being the case, it's almost impossible to attend late evening classes as I will be exhausted by that time. Therefore, I decided to take off for 2 months from your sessions and re join from Janauary 1st.
After explaining myself, I assure you that I will keep practice all important lessons I learned from your institution and keep in touch with you on weekends to ask for any doubts. Furthermore, I am planning to take your online classes which are free for all those who already enrolled. In order to start back my remaining periods, can you please let me know about formalities to be completed. Perhaps, it will be helpful if you can send my course material to my email.
I look forward for your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Leonard.
