I am one of the employees in your company who has been working in your Human Resource Department from 5 years. I am inscribing this letter to inform you that I will be unable to continue my job in your organisation because I have got some good opportunity for which I have been waiting for long.
Fortunately, I have got a chance to work in a Bank of America on a manager position with a good salary package and this organisation has recruited me for one of its branches which are situated in America Apart from this, the company has offered me a family visa, so that it will be comfortable for me to stay there and also giving me a proper accommodation with all amenities. Moreover, I always had a dream to work Overseas since I have completed my education and this opportunity can fulfill all my dreams.
Besides all this, I feel so depressed that I need to leave this company which has provided me lots of things to learn and shape up my career in a better way. At this moment, I do not want to miss this chance to pay my gratitude to you for accomplish my goals and for making a good employee. Now with the heavy heart I am serving one month notice period as per the rules. I would like to request you that in this period kindly clear all my dues if any and also issue me a letter of experience.
I hope you will accept my one month notice period and in future you will support me in a same way as you have supported me till now.
