ask if a special exception can be made for you so you can enroll in the course

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in regard to the computer course that starts on October 18 at your education center. I would like to apply for it, but there is a problem with one of the requirements to candidates.

Computers have always been my passion since my childhood, when I both played computer games as well as learned how to fix them. However, I have never taken any courses relating to computing, because my father has always wanted me to follow in his footsteps and work as a plumber.

Now that I have reached the maturity, I intend to study computer science. Nevertheless, my qualifications do not meet the requirements of your course. It is said that the applicant must have a IT certificate at elementary level. Honestly, I do not have it. Having said that, I would be grateful, if you allow me to take this course without it.

It would be great, if you either contact me at the following number 87001444413 or send a message to my email address tolikxxx@mail.ru.

Yours faithfully,

Tolegen
