The bar graph illustrates the consumption frequency of people in fast food restaurants, which are located in the USA, in 2003, 2006 and 2013.
Overall, according to the data collected in 2003 and 2006, most people in the USA consumed their food in fast food restaurants once a week, while in 2013, majority of people went to these restaurants once or twice a month. On the other hand, people who ate in fast food restaurants every day was the lowest percentage.
In 2003, approximately one third of people consumed their food in fast food restaurants once a week. Similarly, 30% of people chose eating their fast food once or twice a month. In this year, people who ate in fast food restaurants every day was only 4%, as opposed to 5% who never ate in these restaurants.
In 2006, people mostly consume their food in fast food restaurants once a week (around 33%). Compared to the case in 2003, very small fraction of people (about 2.5%) ate in fast food restaurants every day, which is around 1.5% lower than that of in 2003. Also, people who have never eaten in fast food restaurants was again 1.5% lower than the fraction in 2003 (around 4%).
In the last year, in 2013, most people decided to go to fast food restaurants once or twice a month (nearly 33%). However, percentage of people who ate every day or have never eaten in fast food facilities were very low and same as in 2006.
