Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to request you for attending in a language training program that AB firm held in Frankfurt, and I would like to be a part of this.

Actually, a few days ago I have received an e-mail with the content of a german language course for companies. This program is for one month which is located in Frankfurt. In this course, we will learn about structure of formal letters and business letter. The teacher of course is german person and has as much as experience in this field. I heard he had held too many business language periods in all the world as present.

As you know, I work as sale manager in export department. We have good trades with our german's customers. In my opinion, this program can improve our knowledge to have better communication with a large part of our clients, and I believe that we can effect on our customers.

I think, I am a suitable person for this trip because I perform my duties as manager of export department, and also have the most connection with foreign countries such as Germany and Austria. I have to say this program places are limited and we have enrolled in as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you.

With regards,

Suzanne Yivonki
