I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the work that you have done in my house a week back.
Allow me to elaborate the situation for you. As we spoke on phone, I can reminisce that I explicitly told you to paint the walls of my living room in light blue colour as it would complement very well the furniture and curtains there. Also, it was made clear that only oil paint must be used because it lasts long and it can cleaned easily.
However,to my unpleasant surprise, on my return to home, I observed that you have painted the walls of living room in green colour and that to using the normal paint. I am extremely disappointed with your performance and hence you will not receive any payment untill you fix this problem because the green colour is looking very shabby and I absolutely loath it.
So, I want you to repaint those walls with the exact colour, which we talked about using the oil paint. This should be done promptly as my parents are coming to stay with me next month and they are highly sensitive to the paint's smell.
I expect immediate action to be taken on your side to resolve this issue or else I will be compelled to file a complaint against you.
