You recently took a part time job working for a local company After a few weeks you realized there were some problems with the job Write a letter to the manager of the company In your letter explain why you took the job describe the problems that

Dear Mr. Jammwal,

I am a part-time employee in your company which I joined a week ago. I am writing this letter to you in order to bring to your notice some irregularities that are going on in the workplace and hope to receive your timely intervention for their resolution.

I would like to share with you that I am a first-year university student and have joined your company in a part-time job to make ends meet. As such I have a very tight schedule. The problem that I am facing is that when my shift ends, the relieving employees generally do not come on time and are usually quite late. As I cannot just leave the workplace unattended, I have to wait for my reliever for mostly well over half-an-hour. I am afraid this pattern is detrimental to my daily routine due to which I have already faced problems in my university classes. I regret to inform you that if things go on like this, I may have to quit my job.

Therefore, I humbly request you to take action so that punctuality is strictly observed in your company as it is high-time that employees like me who are always on time do not suffer at the hands of those who are not serious in this regard.

Hoping for a quick redressal of my issue. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
Jingo Ba.
