I am writing to express my concern in regards to the hygiene issues I am facing in your sports club changing room.
I am a premium member at the York sports facility since 2016, but I have never encountered any issues with the changing room until a week ago, it has been quite a mess lately. Firstly, the towels provided are soiled and even damp: secondly, one out of the three restrooms are not functional since two weeks, resulting in long waiting queues and lastly, there is a foul smell every other day due to improper disposal of the trash can.
After every match, it is becoming challenging to use the changing room as the queue keeps getting longer, especially for using the restrooms.
On Wednesday, last week, I informed the warden, who is in charge for the up-keep of rooms about the increasing problems that are faced by members of the facility, but unfortunately, no action was taken. It will be helpful if the restroom is fixed soon, as it would save a lot on time: also the towels should be clean and dry, and the trash should be disposed of every day without fail. If these issues continue to persist, then I will be forced to cancel my membership
