Hi! How are you? I am fine and I hope you are also sailing on the same boat. The purpose of mine to penning down this epistle is to feel sorry to you for unable to coming at your home to stay with you.
To be honest, I have been feeling so guilty that I delayed writing to you. I know that you are waiting for me to come at your home. I feel very sorry for not coming, indeed, I also want to meet with you but because of some reasons I am unable to visit you.
The reason for not coming at your home is my business trip which will also held on the same week in which I promised you to meet you. Indeed, this trip is very important for my career as it gives the uplift to my professional career. As, I am a software engineer and This trip give me the chance to enhance my knowledge. Therefore, I am unable to come at your home to meet with you.
In addition, I will definitely meet you after coming back from that trip as I will free for the next 10 days. So, it give us the opportunity to spend some quality time with each other without any interruption.
