Imagine you are going to an English-speaking country; write to a rental agency, -
1. the type of house you want. –
2. its size. 3. the surroundings.
Dear sir or madam,
I am Manish from Punjab, India. I am writing this letter because I am going to visit your country next month. I want to rent a 2 bedroom apartment, preferably on the ground floor, for 2 years.
Let me explain what exactly I need. I want the bedrooms to be pretty spacious. All the rooms should have windows that would open outside, and the kitchen must have amenities like, dishwasher , microwave, refrigerator and it would be amazing if it would have a balcony too. My budget is between 1000$ and 1200$.
The apartment must be within walking distance from the shopping mall. Also it should have a park nearby as I have children. Therefore, I have to take him out everyday. Lastly, as i would be travelling by public transport, the area must have reliable transportation service.
Would you kindly let me know when you find anything matches with my requirement. If you have any query, Feel free to contact me on my mobile number 4157627248
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kinds Regards,
Manish
