Forgot my bag at the airport. Write a letter to get it back
You should start with Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that, I have forgotten to collect my bag while returning from the airport. I was travelling with North Asian airlines which landed at 9:30 pm to the airport. My seat number is AJ712. It's very unfortunate that I remembered about the bag after reaching the hotel. I believe that you will give your personal attention to this matter.
The bag is a large travelling suitcase type and is made of hard plastic. And it's red in colour so I guess it wouldn't be hard to notice. The bag also has my name tag on it which says, Dr Robert Dgenero.
I would be in a great debt of yours if you just collect this bag and then return call me on my private number 9876458724. As you can imagine, this bag has some very important documentation of mine besides, I will send someone from the hotel to the airport as soon as possible till you collect the bag for me.
Yours Faithfully,
Dr Robert Dgenero
