Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this request letter to inform you that interested to take up the voluntary activities at the Dakshinchitra museum and it's one of my hobbies. It is also close to my house.

Normally I go to the museum most of the weekends will spend precious time over there because the museum is close to nature. I was bowled over by seeing the architecture of the museum which was built quite 30 years ago. I have informed the receptionist that if any voluntary services are needed from residents, it's a pleasure to serve for the development of the museum.

The skills and qualities which I am having helping the visitors indeed anything required, will look after the place is clean and arrange things in a good manner. I will be available on all the weekends and to serve for the museum development. With this request letter, I have enclosed my profile for your kind consideration.

I look forward to your reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advance and much appreciated.

Yours Sincerely,
Dinesh Kumar S.
