In Some countries, a few people earn extremely high salaries. Some people thik that this is good for a country, while other believe that the government should control Salaries and limit the amount people can earn.
Discuss both views and give your opinion

There are countries in the world with high per capita income on average having few people earn to an extreme limit. This is considered to be good for the country by some people, on the other hand few believe that this should be controlled by the government as how much one can earn.

We live in a versatile world wich variety of people, many cultures, several geographic and with many income capacities. Today's world is mostly driven by money and it is one of the vital fuels supporting globalization and other mutual benefits between the countries. Over the time some countries have become very rich for example USA, Canada etc. where people earn considerably higher than other countries. This is definitely a major contributing factor showing how economically well a country is doing. There are people in some countries with earn outstandingly well and become very rich leaving a gap with majority of the population of the country or may be for other countries as well.

Concerns have been raised by some people to put a check on the earning limit for such people. The idea behind may be to bridge the gap in the society and bring uniformity in the people to avoid dissatisfaction or inferiority complexes. To an extent the idea sounds logical. However, there would be consequences, if this is implemented by any government, like distress among the talented and capable pool of people who will feel suffocated after such ban is put in place.

In my opinion earning limitation is not a logical decision. Reasons can be many like, why a person should be controlled to earn just because we want to bring him down to someone who is not that capable. This would have a negative impact among the people with handsome salaries and will also result in a loss of motivation and enthusiasm for the next generation. Next generation may not give their best for the country thinking that they will eventually be controlled after a certain limit.
